Blacktop Cyclery is Bakersfield’s only bicycle boutique.

What does that mean? A lot.

Products: We can provide you with many bike products you can often times only find on the internet because we are set up with numerous distributors and manufacturers.  From complete custom builds to frames, parts, accessories & tools, we have access to most any bicycle items you may need. Why deal with us instead of buying from the internet? Because Blacktop Cyclery provides you with face to deal with rather than an indifferent voice on the phone. Additionally we can provide you with the correct advice and get you pointed in the right direction to insure you get the right parts the first time.

Service: We are a full service repair shop. We can work on most makes of bicycles in addition to the other services we offer such as wheel building, frame prep, conversions (fixed gear & single speed) and a whole lot more. Our general turn around time is 3-4 days and you can have confidence in knowing that we are UBI Certified bicycle technicians and possess a UBI/DT Swiss certificate in wheel building as well.
